This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior HR Recruiter will manage and oversee the recruitment process, creating and executing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will also stay updated on industry trends and work collaboratively with the HR team to optimize recruitment practices and workforce planning.

• Expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessment techniques, and selection processes
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with colleagues and stakeholders
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and compliance with employment laws
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset to align recruitment goals with company objectives
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in tech industry recruitment or startup scaling is advantageous
