Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Aurora Spa Wellness. The candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring proper personnel management. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to support organizational goals through effective human resource strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in planning, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and designing effective compensation plans
• Demonstrated skills in Personnel Management and team leadership
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD or PHR are highly desirable
