Role Summery:
The Senior HR Specialist will support the delivery of core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on HR reporting and analytics, recruitment support, onboarding and engagement, performance management, HR systems, organizational design, and employee relations. The position works closely with management, recruitment, and L&D teams to ensure effective HR operations for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics.
- Monitor manpower and headcount data and provide regular updates to the HRBP Manager.
- Support recruitment activities for blue and white collar positions in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Organize induction and deliver HR session for new hires.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support the performance management process, including coordination of objectives and KPIs with management.
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining the organizational structure.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and prepare summary reports.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to organize training programs for blue and white collar employees.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 45 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Oracle HRIS preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and HR reporting.
