Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

Job Summary

The Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs, payroll administration, and HR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role supports the development of competitive compensation structures, salary benchmarking, workforce analytics, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, and market analysis to support competitive compensation practices.
  • Support annual salary review, budgeting, and manpower cost planning processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management.
  • Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and business decision-making.
  • Maintain employee compensation and payroll data within SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, payroll requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on payroll, budgeting, and compensation-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, and HR Operations.
  • Strong experience in payroll processing, salary administration, employee benefits, and HR policies.
  • Experience in compensation structure design, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Experience preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, KPIs, and management presentations.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and annual salary review processes.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and develop HR dashboards and reports.
