Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Support employee relations activities and handle employee inquiries professionally and confidentially.

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation when needed.

Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and internal company policies.

Collaborate with different departments to support organizational objectives and workforce planning.

Participate in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.

Strong understanding of HR functions and labor law practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

Experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CIPD or HR certification is a plus.
