Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo / Giza, Egypt. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, and administering employee benefits. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to address organizational needs and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
