Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support and manage core HR operations by handling employee relations, recruitment coordination, HR administration, performance management, and policy implementation, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily HR operations and employee-related matters

* Support recruitment activities including coordination, screening, and onboarding

* Handle employee relations and respond to HR inquiries and concerns

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

* Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions

* Support and manage performance evaluation processes across departments

* Follow up on employee performance reviews and appraisal cycles

* Coordinate training and employee development activities

* Prepare HR reports and maintain updated HR data

* Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements

* Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data

* Handle HR administrative tasks and official correspondence

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources

* Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations

* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

* Good communication skills in English

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

* Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
