Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC execution activities for commercial and residential projects
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems
- Handle chiller systems, district cooling networks, and VRF systems effectively
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications, drawings, and UAE standards
- Review HVAC shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and site safety related to HVAC works
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site
- Prepare progress reports and support project close-out documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HVAC experience
- Proven UAE experience in HVAC systems execution
- Strong experience with:
- Chiller systems
- District cooling systems
- VRF systems
- Overall HVAC execution and coordination
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
