Qualification Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Communication & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the design field
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in BIM
- Member of the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers
- Strong experience in the design of ELV/ICT systems, including:
- Structured cabling
- PA (Public Address) systems
- FA (Fire Alarm) systems
- Security systems
- Data networks
- Telephony
- BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Fluent in English (presentation, writing, and reading)
- Familiarity with international and Saudi codes and standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional and complete BOD (Basis of Design) documentation with clear presentation
- Ensure project documentation is complete, integrated, and well-presented
- Actively participate in team decision-making and share insights openly
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of codes, standards, and best practices
- Optimize design costs through standardization while maintaining or improving quality
- Manage project hours and coordinate effectively with the Project Manager
- Allocate and distribute work among project team members
- Evaluate the performance, efficiency, quality, and quantity of work of the project team
- Report directly to the Department Head and Department Technical Manager
