Senior Industrial Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Industrial Estimation Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and play a key role in tendering and commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for industrial projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project scope and requirements

• Manage the full tendering process, including RFQs, bid evaluation, and submission

• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing

• Monitor project costs and provide commercial insights to management

• Mentor and support junior estimation engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Civil)

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in estimation or cost control

• Strong experience in industrial and construction sectors

• Solid understanding of contracts and tendering processes (FIDIC knowledge is a plus)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
