Senior Information Technology Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Information Technology Manager. The role involves overseeing the IT operations, seamlessly integrating and managing IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring that the IT framework supports business goals effectively. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, planning and implementing technology initiatives, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring data security. The IT Manager will also evaluate and procure technology solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software systems
• Leadership and management skills, with experience in leading IT teams
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are advantageous
