We are currently hiring a dynamic Senior IT Manager with deep, hands-on expertise across cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and telephony/unified communications. This is a senior technical leadership role for an individual who combines strong architectural and operational command of infrastructure and security with the maturity to lead a team, manage vendors, and engage confidently with senior management. The role carries end-to-end accountability for the security, resilience, and performance of IT and communications environment.

4.Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and develop IT teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and telephony.
  • Manage IT vendors, budgets, contracts, policies, SOPs, and change management.
  • Report on cybersecurity, infrastructure performance, risks, and key projects to the Head of IT and senior management.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for critical IT and security incidents.

To join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive, hands-on IT experience, with demonstrable depth in cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and telephony/UC — not generalist exposure.

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
  • CCNP or CCIE (Cisco Certified Network Professional/Expert), or equivalent advanced networking certification.
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.

Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
