Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Workstream Project Manager to lead the end-to-end data migration workstream for a large-scale Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in planning and executing complex core banking data migrations, ensuring data quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with downstream systems.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, system integrators, technology teams, and vendors to deliver successful data migration from legacy platforms to Temenos T24 while minimizing business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Data Migration Leadership
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking Transformation.
- Define and execute the overall data migration strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for the data workstream.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful migration execution.
ETL, Data Mapping & Transformation
- Oversee ETL design and execution for migrating data from legacy banking systems to Temenos T24 and peripheral applications.
- Define source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, and validation processes.
- Ensure accurate migration of customer, account, loan, deposit, payment, and transaction data.
- Support integration with reporting, analytics, and operational systems.
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and migration policies.
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes to ensure migration accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data management standards.
Vendor & System Integrator Management
- Manage System Integrators (SI), vendors, and third-party technology partners responsible for migration activities.
- Coordinate mock migration cycles, migration rehearsals, defect management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Integration & Reporting
- Coordinate downstream system impact analysis and integration readiness.
- Ensure data synchronization across Temenos T24, peripheral banking applications, reporting systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Oversee Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Warehouse, and reporting data migration activities.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure migrated data supports regulatory reporting requirements, including Central Bank, tax, AML, compliance, and risk management systems.
- Work closely with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal governance standards.
Cutover & Go-Live
- Own end-to-end data cutover planning and execution.
- Develop migration runbooks, freeze window plans, rollback strategies, and production migration checklists.
- Coordinate migration sign-offs with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support post-go-live validation, stabilization, and hypercare activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience leading Core Banking Data Migration projects, preferably on Temenos Transact (T24).

Experience Required
- 10–15+ years of IT and Banking Technology experience.
- Minimum 5 years leading Core Banking Data Migration workstreams.
- Experience in Temenos T24 implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of retail, corporate, lending, payments, deposits, and customer master data.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
