We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our IT team and lead the delivery, support, and optimization of technology solutions across the organization. The role is critical in ensuring system reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues
- Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and system administration
- Familiarity with cloud environments and IT service management tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
