Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced IT Support Technician who will be responsible for maintaining Help AG MSS infrastructure which includes Windows and Linux Servers, Switches and Firewalls, Domain Services, Office 365, WAF, VMWare, Storage and Backup technologies and other business-specific applications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health and availability management of all systems/components.
- Troubleshoot any issues with existing servers, applications in Linux and Microsoft environment.
- Cycle patching and urgent/critical patch deployment across all systems/components.
- Regularly update the system with security patches and submit a monthly report.
- Provide support for the MSS IT infrastructure.
- Perform policy/configuration management and optimization of all systems/components.
- Manage the development and documentation of internal IT infrastructure.
- Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks and reporting.
- Manage Virtualization environment & backup solutions.
- Build & manage infrastructure in public cloud – Azure & OCI.
- Automate different operational tasks for the upkeep of the platform.
- Automate provisioning of new customers and services across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Provide expertise in integrating and administering Linux and Windows Platform.
- Provide expertise in integrating different cybersecurity technologies in an agile environment.
- Provide expertise in the continuous testing, integration, and deployment of platforms.
- Assist onboarding with installation, configuration, troubleshooting and remediation.
- Build new cybersecurity services platform to support services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in working with IT infrastructure and servers.
- Relevant certification and other infrastructure technologies certifications.
- Understanding of Microsoft domain and active directory.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Experience in manage network security technologies like firewall, WAF.
- Experience on managing virtualization environment like VMWare.
- Proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
- Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
