Senior Infrastructure Presales Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and presenting end-to-end infrastructure solutions that address complex customer requirements and business challenges.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures covering:

* Servers & Compute

* Storage & SAN

* Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

* Virtualization & Hybrid Infrastructure

* Container Platforms & Kubernetes

* Data Center Infrastructure

• Prepare solution designs, sizing, BOMs, technical proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Work closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and develop winning technical solutions.
• Engage with vendors and distributors to evaluate technologies, architectures, and commercial offerings.
• Provide technical support throughout the complete sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to solution handover.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, secure, and aligned with customer business objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, AI Infrastructure, Data Protection, and Modern Data Centers.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Presales, Solutions Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Servers, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, and Data Center technologies.
• Good understanding of Containerization and Kubernetes/OpenShift concepts.
• Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Data Protection.
• Experience in solution sizing, architecture design, BOM preparation, and technical proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, vendors, and distributors is highly preferred.
• Experience with leading technologies such as:HPE | Dell Technologies | cusco | IBM | NetApp | Pure Storage | Veeam | VMware | Microsoft | Red Hat | Kubernetes | OpenShift
• Certifications such as VMware, Veeam, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Red Hat, or Kubernetes-related certifications are a strong plus.
