Job Description

  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes using scientific principles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in injection operations
  • Design and modify precision assembly and manufacturing equipment
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in operating injection machines such as Arburg and Haitian
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement processes and cost reduction strategies
