Hays is supporting a leading cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, offering premium services for both novice and experienced traders. We are seeking Senior Institutional Sales Executives to join their high-performing team and play a key role in driving institutional growth in the dynamic world of digital assets.

About the Role

As a Senior Institutional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This is a strategic role that combines business development, relationship management, and market engagement to deliver revenue growth and strengthen the company's position in the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new prospects including HNWIs and institutions through online research, directories, and industry networks. Proactively initiate conversations via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Networking & Events: Join financial, fintech, and crypto communities to build connections. Organize and participate in events and roadshows to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from ideation to revenue generation. Prepare presentations, coordinate with marketing for tailored outreach, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Relationship Growth: Deliver exceptional service to onboarded clients, maximize trading revenue on brokerage and OTC platforms, and leverage relationships for upselling and referrals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, market makers, and trading counterparties.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in business development or institutional sales.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
  • Multilingual and currently based in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
