Job Description

Purpose of Job

Responsible for Installation and Care of Equipment in Laundry, Kitchen, and Commercial Facilities. Maintains knowledge of standard work procedures and policies, for performing all duties in a manner consistent with customer service, quality, financial management, and safety

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

Institutional installations of mixing stations, programmable controllers, pumps and plumbing systems, fragrance, fly catchers, and washroom equipment for assigned customers. Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services of all cleaning equipment, Complies with Reza Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises. Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and parts transactions, and provides a customer service report for each site visit, service inspection or completed work/repair. Maintains on time service according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Reza 3S system (Service Schedule System). Responsible to arrange installation and maintenance of mixing stations, programmable controllers, HVAC fragrance, pumps and plumbing systems, fly catchers, and other equipment as per Reza Standard and procedures. Operates Delivery/Service Devices to ensure on-time service (Reza 3S), while maintaining accurate stock levels of parts in van with receipt/issue records, and producing visit reports. Coordinates with Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards. Safely operates technical equipment, power tools, and hand tools -such as drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters, etc. Safely operates and maintains Reza vehicles and technical equipment Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer training Liaise with administration staff for service routes and correct client information. Adheres to Reza and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices. Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills Complies with Quality Assurance activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
