To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Senior Integration Specialist

Job purpose:

Responsible for supporting merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders in the successful implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of payment gateway integrations. The role ensures seamless connectivity between merchant systems and the payment gateway platform, maintaining high transaction success rates, security compliance, and operational stability.

Operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and client engagement, the position plays a critical role in safeguarding transaction integrity, reducing integration friction, and accelerating merchant onboarding within regulated payment environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to merchants during the integration process
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide solutions to merchants
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Merchant enablement and product/engineering departments where relevant
  • Provide training to merchants on how to use the integration tools
  • Ability to guide merchants with alternate solution options as required
  • Review and provide feedback on technical documentation based on experience and merchant feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies related to integration

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related fields
  • Strong understanding or integration methods and API
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with various programming languages is a plus.
