Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, technically skilled, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept development through detailed design and execution support across a diverse portfolio including luxury residential, commercial, office, F&B, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional design creativity with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept to final design delivery.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and design narratives.
Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, color palettes, and FF&E specifications.
Produce and review detailed design packages, including construction drawings and custom joinery details.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, lighting, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance with the approved concept.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
Present design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
Mentor and support junior designers while maintaining high design standards.
Stay up to date with international design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 8 Years Of Professional Experience In Interior Design.
Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, office, F&B, and hospitality projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and completed projects.
Advanced Proficiency In
( AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop) Must
( SketchUp, Revit ) preferred
Excellent understanding of construction methods, detailing, and technical documentation.
Excellent knowledge of the Saudi local market, including suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishing products.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
