Job Description

Our client is a high-end UAE-based interior design, fit-out and consultancy company, delivering bespoke luxury spaces across MENA region. The company combines architecture, interiors, lighting, furniture and art to create distinctive, fully integrated environments. On their behalf, we are looking for the position of Senior Interior Design Draftsman - Remote (preferably Serbia and/or South East Europe). You will work closely with our Senior Interior Designers, Architects, Lighting Designers and 3D Visualization team to translate design concepts into comprehensive technical documentation. Responsibilities: ✔ Produce complete interior design construction drawing packages for luxury residential and hospitality projects ✔ Develop detailed drawings from concept and design-development information, including floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring and finishes layouts, elevations and sections ✔ Prepare detailed interior architectural elements ✔ Coordinate lighting, architectural, structural and MEP information within interior design drawings ✔ Incorporate design and consultant comments accurately and maintain high standards of drawing quality, documentation and consistency ✔ Review drawings for discrepancies and coordination issues prior to submission ✔ Support the preparation of schedules, specifications and tender/construction packages ✔ Guide and review the work of junior draftsmen

OFFER

Qualifications: → Minimum 7-10 years of professional drafting experience in interior design, interior architecture or fit-out, with substantial experience on luxury residential and/or hospitality projects → Experience with international design consultancies, luxury fit-out contractors, hotel projects or UAE/GCC projects is an advantage → Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency with strong experience in producing detailed construction drawings → Experience with FF&E coordination and construction detailing → Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage; SketchUp and other design software are beneficial → Strong technical drafting, coordination and documentation skills The portfolio is essential and should demonstrate personal involvement in complete drawing packages, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, bathroom and joinery details, material/stone details and construction details, with all personally produced drawings clearly identified.
