About the Role:

We are hiring an Interior Design Technical Engineer to support the production of high-quality technical interior design packages from concept development/Schematic through tender and IFC.

Role Responsibilities:

Prepare coordinated interior design drawings and documentation drawings including plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, schedules, and details from schematic design through tender and IFC stages.

Translate design concepts into accurate and constructible technical documentation while maintaining design intent.

Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Structure, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.

Support FF&E selection documentation, schedules, and technical revisions.

Ensure compliance with applicable interior design standards and codes.

Maintain drawing accuracy, proper file organization, and adherence to project timelines.

Accurately read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and project information from other disciplines.

Report to Technical Senior ID.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

B.Sc. Degree in an Interior design discipline or relevant discipline, with a minimum grade of Good.

A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in all phases of interior design.

Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Revit (mandatory).

Understanding of BIM workflows and interior design deliverables within a BIM environment, including use of templates, shared parameters, and coordinated documentation standards.

Familiarity with working within a Common Data Environment (CDE) and structured BIM workflows is a plus.

AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.

Exposure to ACC and coordination workflows.

knowledge of materials, FF&E, detailing, and construction documentation.

Experience in large-scale / mega projects is a plus.

General Requirements:

We are hiring a Senior Interior Design Technical Engineer to lead technical documentation from schematic through tender and IFC, and support junior team members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with other disciplines.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of technical interior design documentation from schematic design through tender and IFC stages.

Produce and oversee coordinated technical packages including plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, schedules, and details.

Translate design concepts into accurate and constructible technical documentation while maintaining design intent.

Supervise, review, and technically support junior and Technical ID team members.

Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Structure, and other disciplines, acting as the ID technical lead when required.

Ensure compliance with interior design standards, authority requirements, and applicable codes.

Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Support material & FF&E selection documentation, schedules, and technical revisions.

Assist and prepare to take on Principal responsibilities by attending coordination meetings with team leaders/principals (if needed).

Report to Technical Lead ID.
