Job Title: Remote 3D Visualizer (Interior Design)
Position Summary:
Bayt 22 is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer specializing in interior design to join our team full-time in a remote capacity from 9 am to 6 pm. In this key role, you will be responsible for bringing our interior design concepts to life through high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations. Your work will support our design and technical teams by translating conceptual ideas into photorealistic images that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.
A strong background in interior and furniture visualization is essential. Experience with mood board development, material application, lighting, and spatial storytelling will set you apart.
Note: While the role is focused on 3D visualization, familiarity with 2D drafting and interior design technical drawings is considered a strong asset.
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- 3D Visualization:
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of interior spaces and custom furniture pieces using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Design Development Support:
- Translate design concepts, mood boards, and sketches into compelling 3D visuals that reflect materials, lighting, and spatial relationships accurately.
- Collaboration with Design & Technical Teams:
- Work closely with interior designers, technical officers, and project managers to visualize design intent and ensure alignment with project goals. Attend virtual design reviews and update renderings based on feedback.
- Furniture Visualization:
- Create realistic visualizations for bespoke furniture pieces, showcasing finishes, joinery, and proportions clearly for both client presentations and internal use.
- Project Organization:
- Maintain organized project files and version control for all visual assets. Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Trend Awareness:
- Stay up to date on visualization trends, interior design materials, textures, and rendering techniques to continuously improve quality and speed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Demonstrated expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience in a senior technical role, preferably as a Senior Technical Officer.
- Experience with remote team collaboration and project management.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and collaborative teamwork.
- Reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup.
- A portfolio that exhibits creative and technical design proficiencies.
