Position: Senior Interior Designer Design Center
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Type: Full-time - Onsite
Role Purpose
The Senior Interior Designer Design Center operates within a revenue-driven, client-facing environment responsible for translating conceptual designs into realistic, executable design solutions that support sales conversion, project execution, and brand credibility. The role acts as a bridge between creative design, technical execution, and sales performance.
Accountabilities and Activities
Design Visualization & Conversion
- Translate approved concepts into client-ready 3D visuals and presentations
- Produce realistic renders reflecting materials, lighting, scale, and textures
- Support Sales Designers with visual outputs that enhance conversion rates
- Refine visuals based on client feedback and sales needs
Technical Drawings & Shop Drawings
- Prepare and review technical drawings and shop drawings
- Ensure all drawings meet production and installation requirements
- Maintain alignment between design intent and technical execution
- Revise drawings based on internal and client feedback
Client Consultation & Sales Support
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions, especially for VIP clients
- Support Sales Designers in closing deals through strong design proposals
- Provide practical, executable design recommendations
- Align design solutions with commercial feasibilit
Team Guidance & Design Review
- Guide and mentor Sales Designers and junior designers
- Review and approve design outputs and draftsman work
- Ensure adherence to design standards and best practices
- Act as a design authority within the Design Center
Execution Alignment & Coordination
- Coordinate with production, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure all designs are buildable and aligned with fit-out capabilities
- Support site clarifications and design adjustments when needed
- Act as the bridge between design, sales, and execution teams
Quality, Accuracy & Brand Standards
- Ensure all outputs meet company design and branding standards
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, materials, and specifications
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and constructability
- Maintain organized documentation and version control
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Interior Design
- Experience in fit-out companies, project firms, or boutique studios
- Strong client consulting and commercial awareness
- Good understanding of shop drawings, materials, and site coordination
- Strong space planning and client psychology understanding
- Ability to review and guide design outputs
- Strong ability to translate concepts into executable designs
- Experience handling VIP or high-end clients
- Strong commercial and sales-support mindset
