Senior Interior Designer

EVA Interiors is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer – Interior to join our growing Dubai studio.

This role is suited for a passionate design professional with proven experience delivering luxury hospitality and high-end residential interiors with exceptional attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and refined design sensibility. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading projects from concept development through design delivery while maintaining the highest standards of creativity, sophistication, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and sophisticated interior design concepts aligned with luxury hospitality standards

• Lead projects through concept design, space planning, design development, and presentation stages

• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and client presentation packages

• Ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout all project phases

• Coordinate closely with technical, procurement, and project management teams to ensure design feasibility and execution alignment

• Review layouts, materials, and detailing to maintain EVA's luxury design standards

• Support and guide junior designers throughout the project lifecycle

• Present concepts and design solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders

• Stay updated with global luxury hospitality and residential design trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and high-end residential interior projects

• Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated luxury interiors

• Strong knowledge of luxury materials, FF&E, and detailing

• Excellent conceptual design and space planning capabilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects within fast-paced design environments

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
