Hiring Senior Interior Designer, Fit-out

We are an interior design, Fit-Out company with active projects in Cairo and Alexandria, seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design and execution of high-end commercial/residential fit-out projects from concept to completion, focusing on furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) selections, kitchen and dressing design detailing, and material specifications.
2. Develop comprehensive Concept Designs, Detailed Drawings, and 3D Visualizations.
3. Manage design presentations, mood boards, and sourcing while mentoring junior designers.
4. Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure every element reflects design intent, quality, and budget.
5. Responsible for client presentations, design approvals, and managing consultant liaison.
6. Provide technical support and resolve design-related RFIs swiftly during projects execution.
7. Actively participate in project kick-off and close-out meetings.
8. Interface with the Technical Office (shop drawings) and PMO (schedule alignment) to ensure design feasibility and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design/Fit-Out industry, preferred with FF&E and fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and detailing for kitchens & dressing rooms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Exceptional client-facing presentation skills and a strong, demonstrated portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven track record in managing design budgets and achieving client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and market rates.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
