Senior Interior Designer- Hospitality

As a Sr. Interior Designer-Hospitality reporting into the Interior Design Manager-Hospitality working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Lead the creation of design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
• Design Documentation: Produce detailed design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Present designs, manage client feedback, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Project Management: Oversee the design process, manage timelines, budgets, and quality, and guide the project from concept to execution.
• Execution & Quality Control: Monitor construction, ensure design accuracy on-site, and provide solutions for design challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field

Experience | Minimum 7 years

Strong portfolio | Background of completed hospitality projects-( Concept/Creative Arts)

Design Software | AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

Concept stage to full IFC | Ability to lead all aspects of design stages

Project Delivery Ability to deliver a full mixed use projects from concept to IFC package including coordination with all disciplines
