Senior Interior Designer Hospitality

A boutique hospitality design studio in Dubai is looking to bring in a Senior Interior Designer as they continue to grow.

The team is around 20 people and they've kept momentum over the last few months, continuing to win and deliver projects.

Their work is firmly in the luxury hospitality space, working with operators and developers on luxury hotel projects.

They're looking for someone who has taken responsibility for projects from early concept through to delivery.

Someone who understands the full design process and is comfortable managing both the creative and technical side of a job.

You'll be working closely with clients, consultants and the internal team, making sure the design intent is carried through and delivered properly on site.

The Role

• Lead hospitality projects from concept through to completion

• Take ownership of design, coordination and delivery

• Manage the transition from concept into detailed design and technical stages

• Work closely with clients, operators and consultants

• Ensure designs are aligned with what can be delivered on site

Requirements

• Experience delivering luxury hospitality projects

• Proven track record of running projects start to finish

• Strong understanding of technical stages and site delivery

• Able to design with buildability in mind

• Confident in a client facing role
