This Interior Designer position is a key creative role at SARA Group, contributing to our vision of delivering inspiring, functional, and elegant interior spaces. You will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to create designs that align with business goals, brand standards, and customer needs.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute concepts, designs, and production plans for projects, ensuring visual and functional excellence.
Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and key stakeholders to align designs with requirements and expectations.
Apply advanced knowledge of design principles, materials, and market trends to deliver high-quality outputs.
Research materials, concepts, and industry best practices to support innovative design development.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors to bring concepts to life.
Ensure compliance with design, brand, and legal standards while maintaining creativity and originality.
Update and enhance existing design materials and presentations based on brand guidelines and new content.
Manage timelines and schedules to ensure tasks are completed promptly, from concept to final project delivery.
Assist with graphic production tasks and support team members as needed.
Research and incorporate emerging trends and techniques into projects.
Facilitate the development of design processes, standards, and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality.
Report to the Retail Division Manager and support retail activities when required.
What You Should Bring:
Creative Expertise: Strong talent for design, imagination, and a sharp eye for detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving design and technical challenges.
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
Ability to meet deadlines and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset, contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues.
Initiative to learn independently and contribute proactively to department success.
Experience with Mac and PC platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
Proven experience designing interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
