Senior Interior Designer

Zero2Cento STUDIO is an award-winning international design practice based in Dubai, specializing in high-end interior design, architecture and selected design-and-build projects.
Our portfolio spans luxury residential, workplace, hospitality, F&B and commercial projects across the UAE and international markets.
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer capable of working at an exceptional level of design, detailing and execution.
The Role
You will lead projects from concept through detailed design and site coordination, working closely with the Principal Designer, internal team, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop strong interior concepts, layouts and design narratives
* Lead projects from concept through detailed design
* Produce and review detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Develop material, finish and FF&E selections at luxury-project level
* Coordinate architecture, MEP, lighting, joinery and specialist packages
* Prepare high-quality presentations and client submissions
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and consultants
* Review site execution and protect the original design intent
* Manage project timelines and design deliverables
* Guide and review the work of junior designers
What We Are Looking For
* Strong portfolio of high-end / luxury interior projects
* Excellent design sensitivity and attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and bespoke detailing
* Advanced AutoCAD skills and strong 3D/design software capability
* Solid understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing
* Ability to independently lead and coordinate projects
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
* UAE / GCC project experience is an advantage
Important: We are looking for a designer who combines creativity with strong technical and execution knowledge. A visually strong portfolio alone is not enough.
