Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Internal Auditor based in Cairo, Egypt, with some opportunities for remote work. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial & Operation audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and implementing internal controls to ensure compliance. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing risks, enhancing operational efficiency, and verifying the accuracy of financial records. Additionally, the role will require detecting gaps in processes, collaborating with teams, and proposing actionable recommendations to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Experience with Audit Reports and performing detailed Financial Audits
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret financial data
- Knowledge of Financial and Accounting principles
- Effective Communication skills for interaction with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with financial software and an understanding of corporate governance is a plus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly preferred
