About the Company

Freedom Broker Global Markets is a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. (FRHC), a NASDAQ-listed diversified financial services group.

The company operates under a financial services permission granted by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), specialising in brokerage and investment services.

Position Summary

We are building an elite Wealth Management team with deep expertise in Capital Markets in our FSRA-licensed UAE company, specializing in brokerage and investment services, designed to engage and serve UHNW clients. This isn't standard roles - it's a chance to be a founding member of a strategic initiative backed by a global powerhouse.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new Qualified Investor Clients (as defined by ADGM FSRA rules), specifically targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), through a structured business development plan and leveraging professional networks and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of HNWI clients, understanding their financial objectives to provide suitable guidance, coordinating with internal teams for market insights, and ensuring exceptional service to grow assets under management (AUM).
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting the firm's full suite of brokerage products and services to clients, achieving defined targets for new accounts, client AUM, and trading activity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales pipeline, client activity, and performance metrics using the firm's CRM system, while providing market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience within a regulated brokerage, private investment bank, or wealth management firm across international Capital Markets.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADGM or equivalent financial regulatory framework (e.g., DFSA, FCA, SEC). Prior experience with an ADGM 3A license holder is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are preferred.
  • Existing book of contacts within the HNWI community in the GCC region is highly desirable.
