Hays is partnering with a leading institution prominent in the real estate space to hire a Senior Investment Associate (Real Estate). Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze operational and financial performance of real estate assets (residential, commercial, retail, etc.).
- Develop and maintain asset-level financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
- Monitor leasing activity, occupancy, rental income, operating costs, and capital expenditure.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights on asset-level performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for asset repositioning and leasing strategies.
- Support asset disposition, refinancing, or restructuring activities.
- Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and service providers for efficient operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Investments, Development, Legal, Finance) for asset-level initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 35 years of experience in real estate asset management or investment roles.
- CFA Level I or II highly preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals (leasing, operations, asset lifecycle).
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions independently.
