Senior Investment & Business Development Specialist

Our client, a Dubai Government Entity, is looking for a Senior Investment & Business Development Specialist to support strategic investment, business development, and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment and business development plans and initiatives.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare business plans and identify potential revenue-generation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify and develop relationships with strategic and private-sector partners.
• Support partnership negotiations and the development of new business opportunities.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of assets and provide recommendations.
• Conduct research on investment, partnership, and industry trends.
• Identify business risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government, semi-government, and private entities.
• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support senior management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Investment, Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Investment, Business Development, Strategy, Partnerships, or a related area.
• Strong experience in market studies, feasibility studies, business planning, and opportunity assessment.
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop recommendations and support high-impact strategic initiatives.
