Latinum HR is seeking an exceptional Senior Investment Directora high-impact, strategic dealmaker with a powerful track record in large-scale real estate and investment transactions.
This role requires a leader who is aggressive, analytical, commercially sharp, and able to structure complex deals with confidence. You will work directly with the Executive Chairman and play a pivotal role in driving investment strategy, joint ventures, and capital partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate and investment deals, including portfolios, land acquisitions, JV developments, and income-generating assets.
- Drive capital-raising efforts with Family Offices, UHNWIs, Private Equity firms, Sovereign Funds, and institutional investors.
- Develop advanced financial models, investment memos, feasibility studies, and business cases.
- Lead JV structuring, negotiations, and shareholder agreements to secure optimal deal terms.
- Analyze Dubai's real estate market, land economics, zoning, yield trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Build strategic partnerships with developers, banks, advisors, and investment firms.
- Oversee SPVs, governance, and investment performance tracking.
- Advise the Executive Chairman on growth opportunities, portfolio risks, and diversification strategies.
Requirements
- 815+ years of investment, real estate private equity, or capital markets experience.
- Must have closed AED 1B+ in cumulative real estate transactions.
- Strong exposure to Dubai land economics, off-plan structures, development modeling, and yield analysis.
- Proven experience in JV structuring, equity syndication, and complex financial modeling.
- Solid relationships with FO, UHNW, PE, sovereign funds, and institutional capital.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly driven, execution-focused, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
