Job title: Senior Investor Relations Analyst
Job Purpose:
This role is intended to support SGP IPO preparation and post listing investor relations activities and will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations, Finance, GRC, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain IPO and post IPO investor materials, including investor presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A.
- Prepare earnings decks, earning releases, and other investor relations materials.
- Manage investors and analysts inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate earnings calls, roadshows, and investor meetings.
- Maintain the Investor Relations website and ensure accuracy of disclosures.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related capital markets roles.
- Experience supporting a public company.
