Role Description

This is a full-time, senior-level position at Iskan Real Estate. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for overseeing complex transactions, managing client portfolios, and developing strategies to drive business growth. You will also lead a team, mentor junior members, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. This on-site position is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.

• Experience in real estate operations, client portfolio management, and deal negotiation
• Proficiency in market analysis, financial planning, and strategy development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and industry practices
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for client relationship management
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an on-site role within the real estate sector is a plus
