Job Description

Leader Group is accelerating its expansion in the Kingdom, and we are seeking seasoned Sales Managers with a proven track record in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates already have an established client base, strong market presence, and a history of winning major deals across Financial Services, Government, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Education. This is more than a role it's an opportunity to lead transformation in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand LIG's footprint in KSA by leveraging existing relationships and networks.
  • Proactively identify and close high-value opportunities with government entities and large enterprises.
  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with a consultative, ROI-driven approach. Position LIG's digital and smart solutions as enablers of Vision 2030 goals. Strengthen and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients while acquiring new ones. Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay on top of government bidding platforms, RFPs, and market trends to secure a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular in-person client engagements to reinforce trust and gain valuable market insights.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of sales success in the Saudi market with documented achievements. Existing client base and network of senior decision-makers in KSA across targeted sectors.
  • 7 + years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi procurement processes, government RFP cycles, and market dynamics.
  • Strong expertise in digital workflows, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling. Exceptional communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Bilingual fluency (Arabic & English) essential for success in KSA.
  • Preference for Saudi Nationals who bring market credibility and insider knowledge.
