About the Role:
We're seeking a high-caliber Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with deep technical expertise,
strong ownership, and a passion for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT environments.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions that meet business and performance requirements.
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/etc.) to ensure optimal resource utilization and uptime.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including system hardening, patching, and continuous vulnerability monitoring.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex infrastructure, server, and network issues to minimize service interruptions.
- Lead or support infrastructure upgrade projects, deployments, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 46 years of hands-on experience supporting and managing IT infrastructurepreferably in an ISP, enterprise, or outsourcing/BPO environment.
- Strong expertise with:
- Server operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Virtualization technologies
- Backup, monitoring, and security tools
- Solid experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills for day-to-day IT, systems, and network incidents.
- Ability and willingness to travel or relocate between company sites as needed.
