JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, and driving the company's digital transformation initiatives. As the Senior IT Manager, you will collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals and objectives. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring their proper functioning and security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and performance management of IT staff
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and data
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements, and ensure the company's technology remains competitive and innovative
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to procure IT products and services
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and network administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
