- Lead procurement of all IT and smart technology required for new real estate projects (smart buildings, e-compounds, communication systems).
- Manage the full procurement cycle for regular IT needs (hardware, software, SaaS, services).
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Prequalify and evaluate specialized technology suppliers and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, variations, and manage claims.
- Manage project procurement budgets and prepare cost and savings reports for management.
- Monitor market trends in smart city and property technology to identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities.
- Review technical specifications and tender documents with engineers and project managers to ensure correct materials are purchased.
- Improve procurement processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and control spending.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or IT asset management.
- Experience in a technology-focused environment is preferred.
- Experience using ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow).
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Good understanding of IT hardware, software, and SaaS purchasing models.
