- Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Support business expansion initiatives and revenue growth plans.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design competitive solutions.
- Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client communications.
- Manage escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze customer data and sales performance metrics.
- Forecast account performance and revenue opportunities.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or technology solutions sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, or enterprise technology services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
