Job Description

Position Overview

Senior IT Sales Services is responsible for leading high-impact sales initiatives, expanding the company's managed services and technology solutions portfolio, and building strategic relationships with enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth for managed services, outsourcing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract signature.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Engage C-level executives and key decision makers to position the organization as a trusted partner.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage high-profile enterprise and government accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client environments, challenges, and future technological needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the organization's portfolio.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with delivery and operations teams.

3. Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Maintain strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Cisco solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, and managed services models.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
  • Provide presales guidance, solution architecture coordination, and service scoping.

4. Proposal, Contract & Tender Management

  • Lead preparation of proposals, financial offers, SoWs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive offerings.
  • Support negotiation of commercial terms and long-term service agreements.

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and pipeline data through CRM tools.
  • Prepare executive-level sales performance reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, managed services sales, or systems integrator environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding high-value sales targets.
  • Experience selling to enterprise, government, or large-scale organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT solutions, cloud, infrastructure, security, and managed services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to design value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office, and proposal development tools.
