Vezeeta, a leading healthcare technology platform, is
seeking a **Senior IT Specialist** to enhance our IT infrastructure and support
our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. The ideal
candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in
Office 365 administration, hardware proficiency, mobile device management
(MDM), antivirus central management, vendor management, and basic knowledge of
VoIP.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the
installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal
performance and security.
- Office 365 Administration**:
- Manage and support Office 365 services,
including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses
within the Office 365 environment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
related to Office 365 services.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)**:
- Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure
and manage mobile devices across the organization.
- Configure policies for device security, application
management, and data protection.
- Antivirus Central Management**:
- Implement and manage antivirus solutions
across the organization.
- Monitor antivirus performance and ensure that all
systems are protected against threats.
- Conduct regular updates and scans to maintain
system security.
Hardware Proficiency
- Demonstrate proficiency in assembling and
disassembling computers, installing and removing components like CPUs, RAM, and
hard drives.
- Diagnose hardware issues and perform routine
maintenance to ensure system reliability.
VoIP Knowledge
- Understand the basics of Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) technology and its implementation within the organization.
- Assist in troubleshooting VoIP-related issues and
support users in utilizing VoIP services effectively.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with
technology vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
and monitor vendor performance.
- Documentation :Maintain documentation of systems
configurations and vendor contracts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT roles,
focusing on system administration and Office 365 management.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Office 365 services and
applications, hardware components, MDM solutions, and basic VoIP systems.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
