Senior IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and application problems.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
• Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM,JAMF, Next Think and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory.
• Support meeting room devices and coordinate with vendors/internal teams as needed.
• Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance.
  
  

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / End User Computing or similar role.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
• Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM, and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory.

(eg:- UAE Driving License)

MAC / IOS exp. mandatory,

We are looking for a senior IT support Candidate with a valid driving license preferred because site visits and event support may be required.
