About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with React expertise to join our team and work on business-critical applications for top-tier global clients, Fortune 500 companies, and leading enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

This role requires a highly motivated professional who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to development, testing, deployment, and production support. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments while delivering high-quality solutions for complex enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React.
• Develop highly scalable and secure backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
• Create reusable components, services, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Backend Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Create REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Work on application performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring.
• Implement caching mechanisms and performance improvement strategies.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.

Technical Leadership

• Participate in architecture and design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Recommend and implement best practices across the development lifecycle.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Client Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across multiple geographies.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on development experience with React.js.
• Experience building and deploying scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
