Position: Jewellery Sales Professional
We are looking for experienced jewellery sales professionals who can confidently sell 22K Gold, 18K Jewellery, and Diamond Jewellery, build lasting customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals seeking excellent earning potential, career growth, and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Sell 22K Gold, 18K Jewellery, and Diamond Jewellery confidently.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
- Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and current promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Ensure showroom displays and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Follow company policies and provide excellent after-sales service.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory)
- Experience selling 22K Gold, 18K Jewellery, and Diamond Jewellery
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Passion for customer service and luxury retail
- UAE/GCC jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Malayalam, Hindi, and English language skills preferred

Salary & Benefits
- Salesman: AED 3,000 Basic + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Senior Salesman: AED 4,000 Basic + Attractive Performance Incentives
