We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Senior Key Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in growing strategic client accounts across the Middle East, delivering exceptional service while achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, fostering trust and aligning MANE's solutions with their business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service from onboarding to after-sales support.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve growth targets, negotiate pricing and contracts, and deliver superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Evaluation, Lab, Marketing, Perfumers, Sales Admin, Finance) for seamless project execution and client alignment.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to shape tailored solutions.
  • Engage regularly with clients to understand briefs, recommend innovative solutions, and translate needs into actionable plans.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support supply chain planning and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
  • 6+ years of B2B sales and account management experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability in market analysis, strategic planning, and driving business growth.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like GPMS, SAP, and strong IT skills.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
  • Flexibility for travel
