Senior Key Account Officer

Chedid Insurance Brokers - Egypt, a company of Chedid Capital Group, is looking for a Key Accounts Officer to manage key client relationships, oversee renewals, coordinate with insurers, and ensure a high level of service. The role will also support business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring timely resolution of client requests and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client requests, escalations, and service issues.
• Manage policy renewals, negotiations, and insurer coordination.
• Review and negotiate quotations, benefits, pricing, and terms with insurance providers.
• Monitor claims, approvals, and service performance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and administration.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support business growth.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, processes, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is preferred; degrees in Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields are also considered.
• 4–6 years of experience in Brokerage or Medical Insurance, preferably within a TPA or insurance company.
• Strong knowledge of Medical and Life Insurance products and processes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
